- Upload Proof of Shipment Promptly: After a sale, your first responsibility is to ship the item and upload proof of shipment to the order page as soon as possible. This must include a valid tracking number from your shipping carrier. This step is crucial—it notifies the buyer that their order is on its way, provides a record of your fulfillment, and is a necessary part of our payment security process.
- Maximum 30-Day Fund Hold: Funds from the buyer are held securely by Tarooka.com for a maximum period of 30 days from the transaction date. This timeframe allows for adequate shipping, transit, and delivery of the item to the buyer.
- Expedited Fund Release: You don’t have to wait 30 days to get paid! Your funds can be released much earlier. Once the item has been delivered and the buyer confirms receipt through their Tarooka.com account, the hold will be lifted, and the payment will be promptly released to you.
- Automatic Fund Release: We understand that buyers may sometimes forget to confirm receipt. To ensure you are always paid for your work, our system has a safeguard. If 30 days have passed since the purchase date and the buyer has neither confirmed receipt nor raised a dispute, the funds will be automatically released to your account.

As a buyer purchasing from an international seller, you play a key role in creating a fair and efficient marketplace.
- Confirming Receipt: When you receive your order, please inspect it to ensure it meets your expectations. If you are satisfied, please take a moment to log in to your Tarooka.com account and confirm that you have received the shipment. This simple action directly helps the seller by releasing their payment early.
- Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, your ability to do so is subject to the individual cancellation policy of the seller’s store. Before making a purchase, we highly recommend reviewing the seller’s policies, which can typically be found on their store profile page.
- Raising a Dispute: Your protection is our priority. If you do not receive your item or it is not as described, you have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to raise a dispute through the Tarooka.com Resolution Center. This will pause the fund release until our support team helps resolve the issue.
